The Soo Theatre is looking for a few donations to help make our annual Haunted Theatre event on Oct. 25 bigger and better than ever. Please take a look at the list below, and if you can help us out with any of the items, stop by the office or give us a call at (906) 632-1930.

- Tissue paper and newspaper
- Green, red, and white crepe paper
- Plastic bags, clear plastic jars with lids
- Styrofoam — sheets, bricks, or packing/protector pieces from boxes
- (1) Men’s sized medium long sleeved white shirt and pants/sweatpants
- Corn stalks
- Small cardboard boxes–these would be covered with paper/painted etc.
- White or green packaged Cobweb
- Solid color flat sheets
- Dowel rods–minimum of 1- to 2-inch thickness
We are also hoping to borrow some items and return them after the event, including:
- Curtain Tension Rods that would expand to 60 inches
- Two to three hay bales
- Family friendly pumpkins — preferably soft, or battery operated
- Any ghoulish decorations
Finally, monetary donations are also needed and very much appreciated. Among other things, we will be using monetary donations to purchase popcorn supplies, Haunted Theatre special effects, and refreshments for our dedicated cast of characters and other volunteers.
