SYNOPSIS:

Soo Youth Theatre is pleased to present Into The Woods Jr.!

Be careful what you wish for, as Stephen Sondheim’s and James Lapine’s cockeyed fairytale comes to life in this adaptation of their groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning musical.  Into the Woods JR. features all of your favorite characters — Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (and his beanstalk) and the Witch — in this lyrically rich retelling of classic Brothers Grimm fables.

The musical centers on a baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King’s festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a witch’s curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse, and wind up changed forever.

Tickets can be paid for with a credit or debit card over the phone and will be available the day of the performance at WILL CALL.
Order Online here! (If purchasing tickets online for a performance occurring the same day, online purchasing is only available until 5pm for an evening performance, and 10am for a weekend afternoon performance. Otherwise, tickets can be purchased at the door before the performance.)
Tickets ordered online will be available at WILL CALL the day of the performance.
Stop in the office and purchase tickets Monday – Friday, 12-5pm.

A $2.00 fee will be added to each ticket purchased online (except free tickets.) This helps us, as a non-profit organization, recover the fees we pay to PayPal/Credit Card company to offer you the convenience of paying online.
