Ready To Be Spooked STP Style?

The Soo Theatre Project continues its “Killer Season” theme with this year’s Haunted Theatre during Sault Sainte Marie’s Downtown Trick or Treating event on Friday, October 24! Patrons brave enough to travel the halls and alleyways will encounter notorious killers of screen, stage, and history. Who will survive?

Tickets will be on sale Friday, October 24th starting at 4:30 pm from the theatre ticket window. The Haunted Theatre is a walking event that includes some stairs, sloped walkways, and special effect lighting.

Parents are advised to use discretion concerning their children elementary age and younger.

The LSSU chorus will be a part of the Haunted Theatre experience! Under the direction of STP’s Karen Hughes Beacom, LSSU students will further add to the spookiness by singing songs such as from the Adams Family TV show.

Corner Pieces Autism Charity’s annual Zombie Walk to The Soo Theatre Project’s Haunted Theatre begins at 6:30. Information and tickets are available at http://cornerpieces.org/. Zombies will be moaning, grappling, and gnawing their way to the theatre and then will enter the Haunted Theatre at the conclusion of the Downtown Trick-or-Treating event at 7:00 pm. If you haven’t been bitten and are already a zombie, come see them arrive!

Friday, October 17 is an “Arty Party” with local artist Randy Krause! You bring your willingness to paint and Randy provides the rest as all materials are supplied for the participants. Randy will guide and teach you to paint a sizeable canvas painting for you to take home. Call now to reserve your spot. Limited to ten persons. Make it a Girls’ Night Out!

This November a murder mystery will transpire at the famous Antler’s Restaurant. Someone will die within an elite shipping magnate’s inner circle. Who would want Victoria Lester dead? Discover who did what at “A Feast To Die For” murder mystery dinner this November 2, 9, and 16.

Interested in a unique acting experience filled with fun and mystery? There’s still opportunity to be a part of the “A Feast To Die For” murder mystery dinner cast. Sunday, December 14 is the Soo Theatre Project’s annual “Holiday Tour of Homes.” Beautiful homes will be showcased and available for your viewing. LSSU’s Crow’s Nest will host the reception.
